A better-connected eastern corridor
Park Road is moving more freely.
The Margalla Enclave Underpass opened to traffic in September 2026, creating a signal-free movement through a previously congested point on Park Road. It forms part of a wider road programme designed to improve links between Park Road, Margalla Avenue and adjoining communities.
For 92 Farms, this strengthens the broader approach toward the Simly Dam Road side of Islamabad: fewer interruptions on Park Road can make visits more predictable and improve access to nearby residential corridors. Exact journey time still depends on origin and traffic.

A shorter link remains proposed
A separate shorter road connection toward Margalla Enclave has been proposed for review. If delivered, it could add another direct approach to this side of Islamabad; it is not presented here as completed infrastructure.
